Abstract





That constitutions are the most important rules that are fortified fort of Rights and Freedoms, because people fought for freedom and liberty so decidedphilosophers and writers of the eighteenth century and nineteenth century thatoriginally legitimacy belong to the people, a man of power and he alone backpowers Evaudhah to representatives through elections and despite thatmeaningpronounces constitutional legitimacy means subordination to the provisions of theConstitution rulers being expressed about the sovereignty of the nation should not I am the true meaning of legitimacy lies in who owns
