Abstract

The phenomenon of corruption is a global phenomenon-pervasive, with deep roots and broad take away is intertwined with a variety of different factors and is difficult to distinguish between them.And indicates a lot of researchers, including head of anthropology at Columbia University that corruption appeared in the communities of Civilizations High (Alhaedroleikh), which depends on its on the existence of the river (such as a civilization of Mesopotamia and the Nile Valley and the Chinese civilization), which indicates that the presence of the river led to the undertake a number of duties and tasks associated with the existence of this river, including
