The effect of teaching variety and teaching isolation in the achievement of fourth secondary female students in the subject of geography

Abstract

The present research aims to treat the problem of the low level of student achievement in the subject of geography by using the two strategies of variation the teaching and isolating the teaching and knowing the effect of both in raising the level of achievement of the four class female secondary student in the subject of geography.To achieve this aim (80) female student had been chosen dividing on two experimented groups each one consist (40) female student.The first one had been taught by using variation the teaching strategy and second one by using isolating the teaching strategy. So the researcher had been prepared the behavioral aims, teaching plans, and the research tool of re-test which consist of (30) items that had been applied at the end of experiment and after correcting it and treating the data statistically, the results show that the first experiment group that had been taught by variation the teaching strategy is superior than the second experimental groups that had been taught by isolating the teaching strategy.According the result of the research the researcher presents some recommendations and suggestions.
