الملخص
يعد التعايش هدفًا تسعى إليه المجتمعات المتعددة والمجتمعات التي تعاني من الصراع ليحظى المجتمع بقدرة على ممارسة فعاليات الحياه اليومية بدون التعرض للخطر وما تعالجه هذه الدراسة هو التعايش السلمي وأثره في بناء مجتمع المواطنة الذي يعتمد على أسس من المشتركات مع الآخر والحوار والتسامح والمصالح المشتركة التي تتيح للمجتمع حينئذٍ دفع عجلة التقدم والتطور والتنمية وتصنع مجتمعات متماسكة رغم الاختلاف بتركيز كل الجهود لتمهيد الطريق لهوية وطنية يدعمها إحساس عالٍ بالانتماء والمواطنة ليكون المجتمع المختلف في العرق أو الدين أو المذهب يشترك مع جميع الأفراد في الانتماء لوطن واحد وهوية وطنية يربطهم إحساس المواطنة. هدفت الدراسة إلى الكشف عن واقع التعايش السلمي في العراق والتداعيات الناجمة من الاحتلال الأمريكي وسقوط نظام الحكم وتأثير الانفلات الأمني والفوضى السياسية التي أثرت سلبا على التعايش في العراق وتحول من تعايش إيجابي إلى تعايش سلبي.
