Abstract

This study examines the rapid changes in global events, which have begun to take on new forms of conflict and competition over spheres of influence, particularly in the Middle East, given its significant geographic importance. This has weakened the role of the United Nations and its international institutions, and the language of force has replaced the language of law, to which everyone is supposed to adhere. With the advent of US President Donald Trump, the world is on the brink of collapse. He openly declares his intention to seize control of this or that country, threatening it with the military might of the United States, including missiles and warships, and asserting that he will change the map of the Middle East and the world.

The outcomes of the current conflict between the force of law and the law of force may undoubtedly lead to the dominance of the law of force, based on the political realities we see on the ground. This research study is divided into three main sections, each branching into two main parts, with a main introduction and a conclusion.
