Abstract
The research explains the modernization in the cultural, diplomatic fields, in the addition to judgeship, security & defense, which Ibn Saud was determined to develop to cope with life advancements and the change in life style and making advantage of them by merging these scientific innovations into those fields to take them to the next level to take the statehood to the next level, and being built on indestructible bases in the those fields that make the anchors of the modern state.
