Abstract

The Quranic discourse is surrounded by unlimited variety, and the Quranic text in turn is found in abundant structural and thematic forms, the Quranic meanings and connotations are endless whatever one may search or explore. The Holy Quran is a rhetorical and informative structure. Having its textual, linguistic and speech context explored, we understand its conceptual system in Islam that made the new meaning of the believed person's life, and interpreted the end for which man is created. Man is evolved to make actions. According to human nature, these actions are either good or evil depending on divine religions and positive laws. Command and forbidding in the Quranic context and Tradition system are the fundamentals of mandate. There is no verbal mandate without explicit command or forbidden, or indicative command or forbidden by any of the speech semantics.
