Abstract

We live today in a world that is closer to it than the virtual world in all its details and psychological and social aspects.

  The phenomenon of digital drugs is only a product of this virtual world, which resulted from the misuse of digital technology. Although official statistics in some international countries sounded the alarm and gave almost serious indicators of the spread of this scourge, except in Iraq and the Arab countries, there are no indications of its spread in a significant way.

 It calls for panic or not, because there are no official statistics that support the spread of these digital drugs.

Therefore, we seek in this study to shed light on this type of drug and introduce its general literature, and try to reveal, even in general, its most important concepts, mechanisms of abuse and risks.
