Abstract
Deictic semantics is considered one of the most important pragmatic studies .it is concerned with the study of linguistic sign whose refence is known only in the context of its stable discourse in its deep structure .it has become a common field between semantics and pragmatics due to the inability of semantic theories to treat deictics linguistic signs in a text,which led to the emergence of spatial semantics ,which it depends on the context in its semantic interpretation, and personal deictics are the clearest linguisticDeictic elements for studying the linguistic activity of its users and linking it to the context and the status that is achieved in the discourse.pronouns have a semantic identity that is used in the literary text, which gives them effectiveness
