Abstract

The international field of public relations is considered one of the crucial domains, where communication practices are vital for achieving its objectives. Digital diplomacy is recognized as one of the most important international practices, integrating interactive approaches into public relations management. This study examines the use of communication methods and practices in digital diplomacy by addressing the central research question, which aims to understand the concepts involved. The study reveals several key findings, with a primary focus on the global dimension of the United States Department of State's public relations. This emphasis is particularly evident in its international interests and, most importantly, within the realm of diplomatic roles and tasks, such as its international presence in these functions. As a result, the researcher offers a set of recommendations, including the utilization of studies related to international cultures, as this reflects communication and journalism techniques in public relations messaging
