Methods and contents of Russian propaganda on news sites during the Russian-Ukrainian war RT Arabic as a model for the period from 1/4 to 31/7/2022 AD.

Abstract

The research aims to examine the Russian propaganda content and methods used on propaganda and advertising sites during its war with Ukraine, and the extent to which this reflects on the interaction of the Iraqi public with us. One researcher was chosen from the electronic propaganda sites followed the publications and propaganda content during the period of the Russian-Ukrainian war, and he is (RT Arab). ), and the researcher wanted to use the method of comprehensive inventory of all war-related publications and content published on the electronic news site (research sample), numbering (1658) and propaganda content, which were monitored in the period that falls between 4-1-2022 to 7-31-2022. I looked at these publications using the content analysis tool, and this research was classified within the multiple descriptive categories that the researcher used, as it is a survey to answer the research questions and its results. The researcher concluded that the category (news) may only be identified among the various types of videos used. On the site, (549) participants participated above, with a percentage of (49.02%). This is because the news puts the recipient in the heart of the influence, and this comes partly because it depends on the nature of the news and the skill of the journalist in presenting it. The researcher came up with a method of attracting the choice that was the most widely used. In publications related to the Russian-Ukrainian war, in order to attract the attention of the target audience on a specific topic that is of interest to public opinion, convincing them of the importance of this topic, and enabling the site to attract world public opinion with the statements made by the heads of world states, especially the heads of major countries, about the war and the support they share for Ukraine with the aim of Expanding the war further and imposing strict control on Russia, this helps to win the affection and affection of as many global peoples as possible with their governments.
