Organizational culture and social relations in the health institution A field study at Al-Zahra Teaching Hospital in Al-Kut

Abstract

The research aims to reveal the role of organizational culture in maintaining social relations between the staff working in the health institution by testing the indicators of organizational culture: human relations, innovation and renewal, teamwork in Al-Zahra Teaching Hospital in Al-Kout, and to achieve this goal to adopt a sample of health staff estimated at (57) respondents, and a scale was designed consisting of two parts, the first related to personal data and the second included phrases about organizational culture indicators, and in order to analyze the results, the analysis of variance was relied on. Anova and one of the most important results of the research: that the members of the research sample in the health institution have a high knowledge of the importance of organizational culture and its role in strengthening social relations between staff, as shown by the analysis of indicators: human relations, teamwork, renewal and innovation that the members of the study population agree to a large degree on the need to pay attention to them, in addition to recording statistically significant differences in the perceptions of respondents about the teamwork index attributed to the variable of gender and academic qualification.
