Imitation and imagination in the poetry of Hazem Al-Qartajani
Main Article Content
Abstract
The research provides a contemplative reading of the scope of Hazem Al-Qurtajani’s (d. 684 AH) vision of development, including exploring its depths, and certainly clarifies what was represented by his combination of formal and essential elements of development, as the complementary strategy of combining meter and rhyme, which is one of the characteristics of poetry. Al-Arabi, while the essential element disappears in the conceptual element and imagination, I decided that everyone should combine these elements, adding to them the effective element that was expressed in the words (crowdiness and wonder), which is the essence of poetry.
