Media Frameworks of Arab Electronic Journalism in Covering the Topics of the Al-Aqsa Flood.
Abstract
The aim of this research was to examine how Arabic electronic newspapers addressed the topics related to the Al-Aqsa Flood operation by highlighting the main media frameworks used and identifying the most prominent journalistic genres employed. The research also aimed to identify the active forces highlighted by Arabic electronic newspapers in their journalistic coverage. The researcher reached several findings, including: The humanitarian concerns framework ranked first, followed by the conflict framework in second place, the responsibility framework in third, the economic framework in fourth, the causal framework in fifth, and the legal framework in sixth. The results and solutions framework came in seventh place. Internal forces ranked first, while external forces ranked second. The news genre ranked first, followed by investigative reports in second, and reports in third. The article ranked fourth, followed by the column in fifth place.
