The article concluded that Iranian ministers contributed to expanding knowledge and culture in society, where one of the prominent examples of this influence is Dar al-Shifa established by Khawaja Shams al-Din Muhammad Juwayni. The primary role of this hospital was medical care and therapeutic affairs, but it also served as a center for spreading science and culture and raising the scientific and medical level in society. Dar al-Shifa was used to teach and educate various sciences, including Hadith and medicine. The scientific-cultural role of the minister Shams al-Din Muhammad al-Juwayni and his resistant discourse were reflected in Persian poetry. Through the analysis of poetic models, it became clear to us that the minister is considered one of the founders of the scientific and rhyming resistant discourse against the Mongol ideology. What poetry has proven as a historical record is the role of the minister Shams al-Din Muhammad al-Juwayni in the civilizational and scientific communication between the Persians and the rest of the Islamic world.
