Abstract

The 4 May Movement of 1919 is one of the first and most important student revolutionary movements in modern Chinese history, as it embodied the awareness of students and teachers to change the course of the country for the better. This movement was exploited by those who believed in communist and revolutionary thought and participated in it...most of whom were students. This movement and its results were the incentive for the establishment of the Chinese Communist Party.
