Abstract
The Iraqi trade have been hugely concerned by Europe and middle east in the half of 19th century owing to the industrial and commercial expansion especially Europe seeks to find out markets to sell their products and its role in the economics of exported countries ; besides , investing its resources and economic benefits. Thus , The Iraqi trade ensued from the 1st world war conditions and the entrance of Iraq under the British mandate that made the trade unbalanced based on the US perspective since the occupation got control of the basic elements either be productive or consuming as to remain the capital dominance economically and technologically a prevailing one for their benefit.
