Abstract
The present study aims at : 1. determining the electronic education requirements that should be found In the university education .2. identifying the importance of electronic education requirements use inhigher education teaching that should found in : learner , curriculum , teaching staff member and educational environment.3. identifying teaching staff members attitudes towards electronic education Use in university teaching . The present study is limited to teaching staff members at Al-Mustainsiriyha university for the academic year (2013-2014) , electronic education requirements and teaching staff members attitudes towards using it . The sample of the present study consisted of (100) male and female teachers from colleges sciences , education and arts at Al-Mustainsiriyha university . To achieve the study aims , a questionnaire of electronic education requirements use was constructed and a scale of university teachers attitude towards electronic education use . The suitable statistical tools were used (such as : mean scores , Pearson correlation , spearman – Brown formula , and t- test for one sample ) . The result should that all electronic education requirements were important according to Al-Mustainsiriyha university teachers viewpoint and their attitudes towards using electronic education were positive .
