Analysis of Iraqi University Library Websites Data

Abstract
government university libraries and identify the most important electronic services they provide to beneficiaries. The study relied on a descriptive analytical approach, using a number of qualitative and quantitative statistical methods. The study population was represented by the websites of Iraqi university libraries, and the sample represented all websites of Iraqi government university libraries. An observation tool and a website analysis tool were used, examining them according
and criteria. The results showed actual benefit from these to evaluation indicatorswebsites and their electronic services, with variations in this benefit from one library to another. Some challenges were identified in the structuring of the websites and their digital infrastructure. The study results revealed variations in the gap between one library and another, with the highest gap reaching ٥٤% and the
lowest gap reaching ١٠%. There was also variation in the level of technical
performance of each website. The data analysis results showed that some websites' performance increased to ١٠٠%, while others decreased to ٣٩%. The study
concluded with a set of recommendations, including :
The necessity of periodically using data analysis tools to evaluate the performance and improve the electronic services of Iraqi government university library websites, while also updating, improving, and developing these websites. Researchers in information and library departments are encouraged to prepare and write research, curricula, and workshops in the field of data analysis, and use them to develop and improve information services
