Abstract
The present research discusses a very important subject, which is about the issue of the Imamate, not only because it is one of the essential issues of the theological doctrines, but also because it is one of the thorny, difficult, and disputed issues at the same time. It has occupied the first state in the Shi'a Imami doctrine in general and Dia'a al-Din al-Araji in particular, who wanted to prove via his rational and narrative evidence the priority and entitlement of the Imamate of Ali and his sons after him. In fact, the case never needed evidence or proof; Ali Ibn Abi Talib is a bright sign in the history of Islam. And he will remain an example for all believers
