AbstractThe study, which simplify and Riqatha in the hands of the reader , and the strength of an introduction and two sections , and the finale, trying elementary to touch and documenting the early beginnings to address the economic and social reality and activating their participation in political life during the stage of the national government (1932- 1958) of the modern history of Iraq's monarchy , and focus on contract the first of the Republican era (1958- 1963) , as the beginning of a shift in political and human rights awareness among women , and as a result the start of the organization of the feminist movement of the civil rights for Iraqi women , including the right to participate in political life.
