Electronic management of information institution and its rule in Iraqi economic security

Abstract
The main object of this search was to identify the electronic management, and to programmer a simple software to run the work in institution of Iraqi government . So to make the work in the institution be easy and fast. By take the information in data collection.In the end of the search the searcher find some result like:1-the staff of this institution can use the program very well without any problem.2- the work by this program give us more time and more function to do another job.
