Abstract
The instinct of jealousy that control the behavior of human beings companions of the most important emotions that affect the rights, both in the social sense, or at the individual level, in the contexts of nature repulsive confirm clearly, as well as that this instinct generate conflict and discord and chaos in all societies, what is dangerous at the social level on the other hand we see that this instinctive behavior has structural and functional with large ability to interpret the relationship between thought and social construction in the society in general and the Muslim community in particular in the framework .bossv instinct philosophical form of psychic activity is reflected through behavior
