Abstract

Includes research: Introduction Research methodology , concepts which are divided on the introduction of research, research methodology, which consists of: the research problem , the importance of research, the goals of the research and the research community , appointed by the characteristics of professional respondents , the research methodology, research, tools and methods of research and honesty virtual to search, either the concepts of search is a brief explanation of the basic concepts in research and clarify a brief explanation, these concepts are: communicators , the media party and the Information Office of the Union, in addition to display the results of a questionnaire research an, analysis, and through them to explain the views of the respondents of the communicators about the reality of their flags partisan and conclusions of the research , recommendations , suggestions, and a list of references and sources. And that the media party has great significance in the political, social and economic developments in Iraq, especially in the province of Kurdistan who owns which every political party, whether in power or among the opposition parties, a media solution that includes the overall types of tools are visible and audible and electronic as well as the support of these parties for media organizations operating under other names and pretend different policies, but their efforts are focused in the end, in the interest of the party Her financial support, other when calculating the vast majority of media outlets loyal to political parties, directly or indirectly, and here are delighted flags in general and the media party, in particular the need for commitment media partisan media standards, as well as support for the ideas advocated by the party and trying to sponsor some of these institutions are approaching these aspirations and work on the application of those rules.
