Abstract
The study aims to shed light on the use of internet application by University teachers in scientific research and teaching in Al_ Nahrin University , then apply this study on ( 7 )colleges in all their scientific departments . We apply this study on (760) University teachers.The Study results are:1. The research and scientific sites are the best sites for teachers.2. .The research use internet daily.The best recommendations are:1. Encourage the activities in internet for the best Blogs, forum , Electronic magazine……etc.2. Put a condition in appointment that insists on internet knowledge
