Abstract
This study attempts to approach the issues of elite power in Iraq and to examine the relationship between composition and its role and function and the Iraqi society governed by state capitalism since 1968. In this context, the study discusses various theoretical approaches to the study of elite power and try to provide an appropriate framework for the study of elite power in Iraq through cash interview between Palm and historical theories (Marxist theory) then go study in the second topic to define state capitalism in Iraq, whether social or political-economic ideology and its impact on the nature of power and then the elite and then the third topic tries to offer some conclusions on recruitment and mobility and conflict within the power elite in mechanisms wallpapers Iraq.
