The Attitudes of public relation practitioners toward using Social Media Sites

Nowadays, using modern technology became a necessary needing in the work of public relations, especially that the activity of public relations is based mainly on commination process. However, this cannot be achieved without the availability of means of communication with high efficiency handled by public relations practisers efficiently to reach the goal. Hence, the problem of current study appears to identify the trends of public relations practisers toward the use of social media sites. The importance of this study comes through the importance of of social media sites and considers it as the beginning of a new age of media and its abilities to achieve the communication between the organizations and people.The current study aimed to identify the trends of public relations practisers toward the using of social media sites. A descriptive research was used with this study and a survey was used to achieve the aim of this study. The study yielded that most public relation practisers have reported a positive attitude toward using social media
