Abstract
Through this research we will apply a spotlight on Lebanon official and public situation from AL-Saddat visit to Israel, this visit which left a negative influences on the whole regionalism Arabic system, many features had controlled in that situation , the geographical feature was in front of these features, this visit had also negative influences on the internal situation in Lebanon which also connect and influence on the Arabic situation and which also made the suitable ground to Israel for the military occupation to Lebanon which started in 15 of March 1978.
