Intellectual production in the field of anthropology An analytical study for the period from (1950 _ 2010)

Abstract

The aim of The study is to identify the Literature on the subject of anthropology from (1950_2010) and analytical objective, and time . The researcher has used the survey method of the central library in University of Mustansiriya and the central library in Baghdad University ,as well as research journals . The study showed the most important result :1.The total literature production in the field of anthropology reaches (199) books & research journals .2.The number of Arabic Periodical researches reaches 20 ,while the number of Arabic and translated books reached 179 books.3. The sociological topics achieved the largest size in terms of productivity , amounted to (21 articles) percentage (24%) of the total production . The study comes out with proposals, including:1.Insert to issue a special magazine related to anthropology to increase the Iraqi literature.2. Subscription membership in the global and regional associations specialized in this subject.
