Abstract
This research is showing the important case which shows the role of punishment institutions in concentration rapidly on the education and edification of the prisoners whom are the residential of these institutions, because of that that the education opens wide distant of their scientific knowledge and secure a better life for them after their release of the prison. However, the edification contributes to educate them religion and moral , and increase their commitment's soul of the noble values, the social generous customs and traditions in which could back them to the social section as a good persons who contribute with their fellows to build the society.
