Abstract
The social phenomenon of law are indispensable in any age of the ages, it is not the result of modern societies, but existed since the existence of rights. And human social being can not live alone or isolated from other humans, and the existence of human society in this way requires necessarily the presence of social relations and economic, does not make sense to leave these relationships without organizing it has suffered from conflicts selfish reflect the nature of man, preassigned links between members of the society requires an officer ruled.
