Intertextual Allusions and Character summoning in Ahmad Attia Al-saudi's Novel Shallal Al-Ward

Abstract
The goal of this study is to look at the intertextual allusions to the Holy Qur'an, ancient and modern poetry, Arabic proverbs, and classical historical tales and stories in Ahmed Attia Al-Saudi's novel Shallal Al-ward. The investigation also looks into the writer's ability to creatively adapt Qais bin Al-Molawwah's poetry to fit the plot of the novel. Poetic snippets from ancient and contemporary poetry are included in the narrative as well. The inquiry also aims to learn the truth about the protagonist, and who is Laila, the one who was martyred lately in Jerusalem
