Leadership empowerment of women since the establishment of the Iraqi state in 1921

Abstract

This research includes the progressive march made by Iraqi women towards education ,work ,and political participation since the establishment of the state in 1921 to the present day whoever  follows the path of Iraqi women and the beginnings of their entry into the fields of knowledge and work, he sees that she has made strides that are not easy because she lives in a society governed by strict customs and traditions he saw women's education and their work outside the home as a departure from the prevailing values in society but under such circumstances women were able at first to enter schools and prove their worth in education to change the perceptions that prevailed at that time towards her and give society a new perception of her roles later ,the reality of Iraqi society forced her to be the sole provider for the family as a result of what Iraq witnessed from events that included wars ,conflicts ,crises and economic blockades ,these conditions led men to go to the battlefields the women assumed the responsibility of providing for the family as women recorded a good percentage of the total Iraqi workforce in the eighties to the present day
