الطموح الأكاديمي لدى طلبة الجامعة

الملخص

ويستهدف هذا البحث الكشف عن الطموح الأكاديمي فقد تبنى الباحثان مقياس (غلام، 2018) لقياس الطموح الأكاديمي إذ تكون المقياس من (39) فقرة، وقد جرى التحقق من الصدق الظاهري للمقياَس عن طريق عرض فقراته على مجموعة من المحكمين، وكذلك استخراج معامل التمييز ومعامل الارتباط لفقرات المقياس، وبذلك أصبحَ المقياسُ بصورته النهائية مكوناً من (38) فقرة، وتم حساب ثبات المقياس بطريقة إعادة الاختبار فبلغ (0، 81).


وبعد استخراج الصدق والثبات للمتغير (الطموح الأكاديمي) طبق الباحثان المقياس على عينة البحث الأساسية والمكونة من (300) طالباً وطالبة من طلبة جامعة كركوك ومن التخصص العلمي بواقع (157) ومن التخصص الإنساني بواقع (143)، و(145) من الذكور، و(155) من الإناث، وبعد جمع الاستمارات


ولجت البيانات إحصائياً باستعمال الاختبار التائي ومعامل ارتباط بيرسون، وقد توصلت الباحثان إلى النتائج التالية:



  • يمتلك الأفراد (عينة البحث) مستوى عالٍ من الطموح الأكاديمي.

  • لا توجد فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية في الطموح الأكاديمي بين متوسطي درجات أفراد عينة البحث تبعا لمتغير الجنس.

  • لا توجد فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية في الطموح الأكاديمي بين متوسطي درجات أفراد العينة تبعا لمتغير التخصص.
