الملخص

ان خطر الاصابة بالاضطرابات النفسية لدى النساء يكون في اعلى مستوياته بين عمر 18 و44 ولهذا فكثير من النساء يعانين المرض النفسي اثناء الحمل.


الاهداف: تهدف هذه الدراسة لمعرفة المراضة النفسية لدى النساء الحوامل وتأثير بعض متغيرات الحمل عليها، كعدد مرات الحمل وفترة الحمل وتاريخ الحمل السابق.


الطريقة: تكونت عينة الحوامل من 120 امرأة جمعن بصورة عشوائية من مركز الرعاية الصحي في مدينة الصدر والمركز الصحي (اور) في قطاع الشعب، خلال 9 اشهر للفترة من 15 اذار ولغاية 15 كانون الاول.


وتكونت عينة السيطرة من 120 امرأة متزوجة من غير الحوامل ولسن في فترة النفاس. جمعن من مراكز الرعاية الصحية نفسها. وتمت المطابقة من حيث العمر.


شخصت الحالات باستعمال فحص الصحة العامة (30 سؤال) وكذلك استعمال المقابلة شبه المنظمة المبنية عتى اساس الدليل التشخيصي الرابع المنقح للجمعية الامريكية للطب النفسي.


الننائج: كانت المراضة النفسية 40.8% لدى النساء الحوامل مقابل 31.7% لدى غير الحوامل. وكانت نسب الاكتئاب والقلق هي الاعلى.


الاستنتاج: كانت المراضة النفسية اعلى لدى النساء الحوامل وكانت الكآبة والقلق اكثر انتشارا.
