Abstract
The construction of the city of Kairouan to be a base for launching the Arab Islamic armies towards Morocco and Andalusia, to replace the city of Fustat, and the planning of the city gave material and moral support to the Arab Islamic liberation movements in Morocco and Andalusia.
It included among its members all of the expatriate Arabs in addition to the Arabs of Morocco.It also included other races who lived in the city under the political system created by Islam.The Islamic community in Kairouan was a cohesive Islamic community, and the social relations and ties were similar to what they were in other Islamic cities.The social segments participated through marriage.
