Abstract
Nawāzil (legal case literature) are among the most important sources in the Islamic Maghreb, as they reflect the financial conditions experienced by society throughout history, particularly during the periods of the Taifa kingdoms and the Almoravids. This is especially evident in Andalusian society, which underwent a phase of political fragmentation following the fall of the Caliphate. This fragmentation led to the emergence of a number of social and economic issues, most notably those related to financial transactions and commercial systems, which constitute the focus of this study
