New Marital and Family Systems Under the Pressure of Social Transformation

Abstract
This study aims to analyze the impact of contemporary social transformations on the emergence of non-traditional marital and family patterns, and the resulting structural changes in the family and its educational and social functions. It is guided by questions concerning the nature of these transformations and their effects on family stability, women, and children, as well as the role of newly emerging family patterns within the context of societal change.
The study adopts a descriptive–analytical approach, relying on the analysis of sociological literature, scientific studies, and international reports related to family issues. The findings indicate that social transformation has contributed to weakening the cohesion of the traditional family and to the emergence of alternative and digital family forms that pose legal, psychological, and educational challenges. This necessitates comprehensive legislative and educational interventions to preserve family cohesion
