Abstract

This study is one of the most dangerous environmental pollutants, which does not feel their rights directly, but to live with and get used to it and it becomes part of it, and here lies the danger of this pollutant The manifestations of visual pollution in the city of Baghdad is not the result but it took a day suffer from trying to emulate Western architecture and use of modern technologies, identity Eastern and independent character, not be able to access promoted European cities Doubled the size of visual pollution in the city of Baghdad several times after the year 2003, as a result of military operations and security procedures, and the absence of laws and legislative frameworks governing the construction process, and lack of coordination among state institutions in this aspect, and the absence of vision aesthetic to make additions or coordinate the streets, and the absence of marginalizing the role of planners and specialists in the field of urban design in the event of any change in the design of the foundation of the city, or when doing any construction projects
